I’m moving to Fairbury. What do I need to do?
If you are purchasing a home in Fairbury, please call City Hall to transfer water, sewer and garbage into your name. City Hall is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and can be reached at 815.692.2743. Speak with Jessica for all utility billing concerns and questions.
If you are renting a property in Fairbury, the property owner must call City Hall to create a tenant account for billing.
Water, sewer and garbage is billed monthly. Bills are due on the 15th of each month. Late fees are assessed after the 15th.
